At Old Row, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
